Has you or a loved one been diagnosed with Dissociative Reality Confusion Syndrome?
You may be entitlted to financial compensation.

What happened?

In early 2026, financial reports were released from the Center for Disease Control and the American Food and Drug Administration. These reports have revealed that a large number of D.R.C.S. diagnoses were given out during the medicinal year of 2024-2025. Our investigation has revealed that these diagnoses were completely unwarranted. In many cases the patient showed no signs of mental illness whatsoever, and worse; in some cases patients exhibited symptoms for other mental disorders which then went undiagnosed and untreated.

What is D.R.C.S.?

Dissociative Reality Confusion Syndrome is a proported mental disorder which is characterized by acute symptoms triggered by exposure to fictional narratives or scenarios, specifically from consuming film and television
Symptoms are said to include:
-Confusion
-Loss of touch with reality
-Inability to distinguish between real life and the movie
-The feeling that the movie you are watching is literally happening to you
-Excessive perspiration
-Dizziness/nausea
-Vomiting
-Diarrhea
-Loss of consciousness

The research upon which the D.R.C.S. diagnosis is based has been thoroughly debunked, scientifically, and traces back to a very small number of "doctors" who fabricated the existence of this disease in order to make money from insurance companies. The DSM-5 does not acknowledge D.R.C.S. as a real disorder.

To make matters worse, quack doctors bought in to the hoax knowingly to participate in the scheme and possibly stand a chance to make money off someone else's suffering. These fraudsters adminstered "treatments" for D.R.C.S. which have been shown in the best cases to be unhealthy dietary advice, and in the worst cases to be harmful, cancer-causing activities.

What can be done?

Right now, a class action lawsuit is being drawn up by the crack team of whip-smart lawyers at GG&P Esq. As we speak, they are gathering as much evidence as possible to the case that D.R.C.S. is not only a hoax, but that there was a successful conspiracy to diagnose as many peoeple as possible.

Who will be held responsible?

Our law team of three razor sharp lawyers is targeting:
-Doctors who gave out D.R.C.S. diagnoses
-The so-called "scientists" who submitted the original D.R.C.S. research paper to a medical journal (apparently under fake names, yikes!)
-Influencers and podcasters who shared "their D.R.C.S. story", thereby spreading misinformation
-Independent practitioners who offered in-person or online "D.R.C.S. counseling sessions"
All of the above will be charged with complicity to medical fraud and gross propagation of dangerous misinformation.
